Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of iknowabloke.com.au (The online I Know A Bloke Directory), known as ‘IKAB’ in this document, you agree to be bound by this agreement. IKAB trades in accordance with the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Username and Password

When you become a member of IKAB, you will be asked to choose a password. By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you agree not to use the account, username or password of another member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify IKAB if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Copyright Policy

All material on this site uploaded by IKAB remains the property of IKAB.  You are not to use or reproduce any material such as trading names, trademarks, logos or other proprietary information belonging to IKAB or its subsidiaries for any reason without written permission.  All materials and content on the website are protected under International Copyright Law.  Copyright of all vendors’ intellectual property, including images remains the property of the respective owners unless stated otherwise.  All third party trademarks, mentions or displays are the property of the respective owners.

Intellectual Property

All content on the IKAB website apart from customers intellectual property including, but without limitation to images, text, software, photos, graphics, sounds, music, video, interactive features, name, trademarks and logos contained within the website are owned by IKAB. 

Changes to the Agreement

By entering into this agreement, you agree that these Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time. You agree that minor changes will be effective immediately.  You are bound by any minor changes; however, you will be notified of any major changes prior to those changes becoming effective and implemented. 

Pricing Policy

Click here to see the full Pricing Policy.  By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that IKAB reserves the right to introduce new prices and charges and increase fees at anytime.  Any price rise will not take affect until your renewal time if paying a yearly subscription. Pay by the month customers will be notified three months prior to any price increase taking affect.

Indemnity

By entering into this agreement, you agree to indemnify and hold IKAB, its subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents, partners and employees free from all actions, claims, costs, legal costs and expenses, losses, damages, liability, or demands made by any party due to your use or connection with the IKAB website and services.

Disputes and Applicable Law

If there is any dispute about or involving the IKAB website and services, you agree that the dispute will by governed by Australian Consumer law. Any dispute in relation to these conditions and the use of the website and services will be heard in the State of Victoria and resolved in accordance with Australian law.

You acknowledge that the site and services of IKAB is governed by our privacy policy, which you have read and understood. Please review our Privacy Policy if you have not yet done so.
